Fabric
These are some of my favorites (today! ha). I adore geometric prints, whimsy colors and designs, florals, ikats, chevrons, trellises, and florals. My personal favorite places to shop for fabrics (at a discount, of course) include The Cloth Barn, Mary Jo's (the mecca of fabric in NC), and The Mill Outlet.
Currently, in my house because I'm on a super budget:
Obviously not quite Chiang Mai, BUT rather than $100+/yard, this was only $14/yd. I needed like 4 yards. (And then I found Chiang Mai pillows on etsy for about $50 each as opposed to the usual $90+, but they were only 18x18? These bad boys are 24x24 and the print is double sided.
Happy with how they turned out! One day I'll get the real deal:)
These prints all came from from Mary Joe's. My parent's know a lady who makes the pillow cases. My friend, Stephanie, knows a lady who makes custom down pillows. All in all, good investments.
I told Steven he could sit on the floor (kidding).
I love the green round pillows, but I think a large fun monogram is in order!
The fabric for my chairs is from Cloth Barn.
(excuse the cords! and the bottom shelf! cabinet doors coming soon)
I just actually ordered these pillow cases from different etsy shops (just search throw pillows) and the shams are from the Jaipur bedding at BB&B. Throw blanket- Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler for HSN. The pillow form from the black & white greek key pillow was actually from HomeGoods and was only $4!! It was pretty much the ugliest pillow ever and I was embarrassed to buy it, but, it serves it's purpose!
Happy Weekend.
