May your year end be filled with...

The perfect kiss to end one year and to start the next...
lots of sweets...
perfectly unpractical shoes...
French Champers (and if you're lucky, the Eiffle Tower)...
more treats...
dancing with your best friends...
sparkly baubbles...
and the perfect glittery dress!!

How will you be ringing in 2012?

I'll be back with some highlights of 2011 & some new year rezzies & goals, but until then...

Cheers, darlings!

Glimmery Shimmery Rooms

If I had it my way, I'd fill my home with glimmery accents. Not just decor accents...I'm talking backsplashes, lighting, wall coverings, floor tiles. Every day should have some sparkle right? I know Ms. Roxy Te Owens would agree. #livesparkly! And then in this glam abode, I'd host a fabulous New Years Eve Soiree with lots of bubbly. These rooms are oh, soo fab:

We're the heirs to the glimmering world

A Harrington Holiday

Our first Christmas is off to a Merry start! I uploaded most of these snapshots from my phone. Happy December!

Oh, Christmas Tree!

I adore the glittery reindeer!

Steven and I got dolled up for the Jingle Ball. I got to wear my thrifted Bergdorf skirt with my thrifted Manolos. So fun!

Hellooo wreath pasta salad! Who says holiday food has to be unhealthy!? I'm excited over my creativity...

My wrapping skills, however...
total shame.
I finally got it right.

We enjoyed a festive Christmas Bluegrass downtown with our friends, Ashley & Jason!

And after all the hustle & bustle, we're down to the wire & It's officially crunch time!
Instead of the cute cocoa jars, I'm making Christmas Chex Mix. Time is short and this is simple!
This recipe is simliar to what we're going to make.

I did give the cocoa a whril though...

Hope you are having a wonderful week! You're probably not scrambling to get last minute gifts and wrapping done like I am...5 more days!

Deck those halls y'all,

Baby Dixon has arrived!

And she has such a sweet name ~ Norah Ray. Steven and I were able to visit today so we could meet her! Our hearts were bursting with so much love. God is good. She is perfect and mom was doing great! I've never seen such a new baby before so I was in complete awe over how tiny she was. She's the spitting image of Steph's baby photos. Such a little beauty. The sweet coos and the little grip of her whole hand on my finger just melted my heart. We cannot wait to spoil this little sweetheart for all the years to come! She's a wonderful blessing to Stephanie & Josh who will no doubt be amazing new parents. Steph rocked it! Naturally, too. So proud of her!

Here are a few snapshots:

We love you so much, Norah!! You are by far the cutest little baby ever.  Can't wait for all the memories to come. You are such a blessing!

Auntie Meggie & Uncle Steven

Here's a peak at Norah's nursury! We hope the transition goes smoothly on the big trip home tomorrow.
I know this lil guy is eager for everyone to get there! He sat on me when Steven said it was time to go and I cried like a baby :(

Ok... the adorable nursury...

Please leave some love for The Dixons!
